COMPANY BRAIN
One grounded source of what your company knows, assembled from the systems work already lives in. Every thread, every agent, and every AI tool your teams already use draws on it, and each person sees only their part.

What it is
Search gives one person a ranked list of documents to read. The Company Brain grounds an answer, cites the document and how fresh it is, and says it does not know when the answer is not there. Then that answer stays in a shared thread the team can build on, and the agents in that Space act on the same knowledge.
Your knowledge is spread across systems that were never built to talk to each other. It stays where it lives. OrgLogic reads across it.
Answers come from your own documents, tickets and threads, never the public internet by default.
Every answer names the source and when it was last synced, so you can check it in one click.
Indexes refresh continuously. Live sources are read at the moment you ask.
When retrieval comes back thin, it says so instead of filling the gap with something plausible.
How it is organized
Three levels, and OrgLogic controls access at each one. This is what keeps a company-wide brain from becoming a company-wide leak.
Level 1
Your Private Space. You connect your own sources and get a brain that knows your work in minutes, with no admin involved.
Reachable by you. It enters a Space only if you deliberately put it there.
Level 2
Each Space owns a knowledge base. Thread files, pinned outputs and anything an agent fetched land in it automatically, plus whatever members bring in or share.
Reachable by every member of that Space, people and agents alike.
Level 3
Admin-configured connectors and organization-owned bases, attached to the Spaces that need them. IT connects once instead of every team raising a ticket.
Reachable through the Spaces and agents an admin attaches it to.
Connections never move. A connection is owned by one person or one agent and is never shared. What moves between levels is knowledge, and from the moment it exists OrgLogic controls who can reach it.
How knowledge gets in
A member pulls in a Drive folder, a Confluence space or a Notion workspace with their own connection, uploads files, or shares a knowledge base they own into the Space. Separately, an admin attaches organization connectors to the Spaces that need them. The first path means a team gets a useful answer on day one without waiting for anybody.
Whether it is native to the Space or synced through a member, and who brought it in. Source-system permissions apply at the moment knowledge is created, through whose connection pulled it.
Files posted in threads and outputs the team pins stay with the Space no matter who comes and goes. Nobody files anything twice, and nothing walks out with a leaver.
If the member who synced a source leaves the Space, that knowledge disconnects and the Owner is notified. Another member reconnecting the same source restores it.
The invariant. Nothing appears in a Space unless the Space was granted it or a member deliberately put it there.
Freshness
Indexes refresh continuously and live sources are read at the moment you ask. Every answer shows when its sources were last synced, so a stale answer is visible rather than invisible.

Over MCP
Company Brain speaks MCP. A person connects it to Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude Code or any MCP-capable client, and that client answers from your accounts, docs and decisions instead of guessing about your business.
They connect it themselves in a minute. They get back only what they were already entitled to. Every retrieval lands in your audit trail, and an admin can restrict or switch it off across the organization. On every plan, including Free.
The knowledge layer does not care which assistant asks. Connect the tools your teams already use and they stop guessing about your business.
A request from outside returns only what that person could already retrieve inside OrgLogic. Their own Private Space, the Spaces they belong to, and the organization.
Not just documents. What that person can see across their Spaces, plus interaction memory, served with source and freshness.
Clients retrieve. They do not write into your knowledge or your memory. The brain is a source of truth for them, not somewhere they can edit.
Client, user, scope, sources retrieved, timestamp. A person used their own assistant and your record still has the answer.
Disable, restrict or monitor MCP connections organization-wide. This is a governed door, not a back door.
A knowledge layer your company owns, above any model and any vendor, including us. Route those same clients through the AI Gateway as well and their model traffic inherits your controls. Grounding them and governing them are separate, and you can take either.

Connector and connection. A connector is an integration type. A connection is a specific authorized credential, owned by one person or one agent and never shared. Several connections of the same type are normal and expected: one Confluence connection for engineering, another for support, each with its own scope.
Where it runs
Nothing is trained on your data, contractually. Data sent to model providers goes by API only, is not retained beyond the time needed to answer, and every provider is under a DPA prohibiting use for training. That holds whether you use our keys or your own.

In practice
A pre-opening cognitive city development in Florida, fourteen districts, built by a confidential enterprise, runs 14 agents in production across finance, legal, procurement, investor relations and program management, with CISO sign-off in month one.
The Company Brain was connected across program management, strategy planning, collaboration platforms and digital-twin metadata. Governance shipped as the first deliverable, before any confidential corpus reached a frontier model. It now runs 14 agents in production across finance, legal, procurement, investor relations and program management.

FAQ
The knowledge layer every thread and every agent in OrgLogic draws on. It connects the systems your work already lives in, retrieves from them, and returns answers that cite their source and freshness.
Search returns a ranked list of documents for one person to read. The Company Brain grounds an answer, cites it, says it does not know when retrieval comes back thin, and leaves the answer in a shared thread the team can build on. Agents act on the same knowledge.
In the systems it already lives in. Sources are read through a person's or an agent's connection, or indexed into a knowledge base you own. On Enterprise the brain can be deployed in your own VPC or on-premise.
Knowledge sits at three levels. Yours, in your Private Space. The team's, in each Space, reachable by every member of that Space. The company's, attached by an admin to the Spaces that need it. OrgLogic controls access at each level.
No. A connection is owned by one person or one agent and is never shared. What moves is the knowledge created through it, and from that point OrgLogic controls who can reach it.
Knowledge synced through their connection disconnects from the Space and the Owner is notified, and any member reconnecting the same source restores it. Native content, thread files and pinned outputs, belongs to the Space and stays.
Yes, on every plan including Free. Connect it to any MCP-capable client and that client retrieves the knowledge and memory you are entitled to, with citations. Retrieval is read only, every retrieval is logged, and admins can disable, restrict or monitor MCP connections organization-wide.
No, contractually. Data sent to model providers goes by API only, is not retained beyond the time needed to generate a response, and every provider is under a DPA prohibiting use for training.
It grounds answers in your own knowledge, cites what it used, and declines to guess when retrieval comes back thin. Any system built on a language model can be wrong, which is why every answer carries its source and its freshness so you can check.
Interaction memory runs at the same three levels: yours in your Private Space, the team's in each Space, and the organization's. A Space's memory is learned only from that Space's threads.

Your organization's knowledge is spread across dozens of systems that were never built to talk to each other. The company brain connects them into one place your AI can draw on.
It reads across all of it, understands what it finds, and gives your people and your agents answers grounded in what your organization actually knows, with the sources to prove it.
One brain. Every team draws on it. Each person only ever sees their part.

Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, SharePoint, ServiceNow, GitHub, and more. Your knowledge stays where it lives. OrgLogic reads across all of it, so your AI never has to be told what your organization already knows.

Your indexes refresh continuously, so the brain reflects what's true now, not what was true at the last sync. New deal, new doc, new decision: it's there when your team asks.

The brain learns your accounts, your work, and how your teams operate, and carries that context across every conversation. Close your laptop Friday, open it Monday, and it still knows where you left off. The more your teams work, the more it compounds.

Every answer cites where it came from: the doc, the ticket, the thread. Precise, current, and traceable. Answers your team can trust and verify, not confident guesses. When the answer isn't in your organization's knowledge, OrgLogic says so.

Every person, and every agent, sees only the knowledge they're entitled to. Nothing more.

Access mirrors the permissions already set in your connected systems, so it's always correct.

When someone's access changes, the brain reflects it on their very next question.
