What AI workspace pricing includes, and what it hides
AI workspace pricing has two dimensions, and most vendors show you only one. The seat price covers the platform: the chat surface, the agents, the knowledge layer, the admin controls. Model usage is what the AI itself costs to run, billed by the token by the model provider. Bundled pricing folds the second into the first, which is why a single-model tool can cost $25 to $60 a seat and still never tell you what the AI actually cost.

Why we price the platform and the AI separately
Most single-model AI tools charge $25 to $60 a seat with model usage bundled in. That pricing hides two things: the vendor's markup on the AI bill, and the fact that your AI vendor relationship belongs to them, not you.
We separate the two. You pay us $8 per seat for the platform. You pay your AI vendor directly, at their published rates, under your own contract. If your team runs up a high AI bill this month, that is between you and the model provider. If your team barely uses AI, you do not subsidize anyone else's usage.
For teams that prefer a single invoice, we will provision AI usage for you at cost plus 6%, funded by prepaid credits. That 6% is the only markup we charge, anywhere, on anything.

Bring Your Own Key means an administrator connects your own API keys from any LLM provider. Your data flows directly to the model providers and OrgLogic never sees it. Governance still applies to every call: PII redaction before the model, a full audit trail, per-agent permissions and budget caps. Zero surcharge on your own keys. BYOK is configured once by an admin; end users are never prompted to connect keys of their own.
What are per-Agent Connector permissions and why do they matter?
Most platforms give an AI integration blanket access to a connected system. OrgLogic scopes access per Agent, per Connector. Your Deal Prep Agent reads specific opportunity objects. Your Support Agent reads ServiceNow tickets only. IT approves exactly what each Agent can access, read or write, per system. Revoke in seconds.
Is governance included on the Free plan?
Yes. Governance is the default environment on every plan, including Free.
