AI Chat

Every frontier model, in the room with your team

AI chat for business that is not one person talking to a model. Every frontier model in one place, answers grounded in what your company knows, in threads your team can see. Governed from the first message.

The problem

Chat was built for one person. Work is not.

Somebody on your team has worked out the prompt that gets a genuinely good answer. It lives in their chat history. The colleague two desks over, same job, tried once, got something generic and went back to doing it by hand.

That is not a model problem. It is a container problem. When the conversation belongs to one person, the result belongs to one person, and what anybody gets depends on how well they happen to prompt.

Meanwhile every team is paying $25 to $60 a seat for a single vendor's model, and company documents are going into personal accounts nobody can see.

Models

Every frontier model, and the freedom to change your mind.

Engineers, lawyers and marketers do not want the same model. One vendor's assistant can only ever offer one vendor's model.

Enterprise AI Models

Switch mid-thread

Pick a different model from a dropdown at any point in a conversation. The thread continues. Nothing restarts.

Smart routing

Let OrgLogic route each task to the model that handles it best. Nobody has to learn which model is good at what, which is most of why model choice never gets used.

Two ways to pay for usage

Use our keys and usage is billed at cost plus 6%, or bring your own at zero surcharge and plug in pre-purchased Azure or Anthropic capacity. Governance is identical either way.

Never married to a vendor

Your company's knowledge belongs to your company and is not tied to one vendor's model, including ours. When the frontier moves, you move with it.

Private Space

Your own assistant, before anybody else is involved.

Everyone gets a Private Space: themselves and the Assistant. It works like the personal AI chat you already use, with three differences that matter.

Enterprise AI Models

It knows your work on day one

Connect your own sources with your own credentials and you have an assistant that knows your accounts, your threads and your documents in minutes. No admin, no ticket, no approval gating your first useful answer.

It remembers

Personal memory carries context across conversations. Close your laptop Friday, open it Monday, and it still knows what you were working on.

It stays yours

Your connections and the knowledge created through them sit at your level. They enter a Space only when you put them there, and that share is attributed and logged.

This is also where adoption starts. One person gets value in an afternoon without asking anybody for permission, and the team Space follows.

Spaces

The same chat, in a room the team can see.

A Space is where a team works with AI. Same threads, same models, same Assistant, except every member can read and post.

Mention the Assistant or a named agent and it answers in the thread, with its model and its sources shown. Everyone sees the same answer. The next person picks up where the last one stopped instead of asking the same question again.

Pin an output and it becomes part of what the Space knows. Add an agent and it is there for everyone. Files dropped in a thread are known by the Space automatically.

Each Space renames the Assistant and gives it its own instructions, so the Sales Assistant and the Support Assistant behave differently without anybody configuring two products.

Company Brain

Answers from your company, not the public internet.

Every thread is grounded in what its Space knows: the team's files and pinned outputs, plus the knowledge bases and systems its members have brought in.

Every answer cites the document, the ticket or the thread it came from, and when that source was last synced. Indexes refresh continuously, so answers reflect what is true now.

When the answer is not there, OrgLogic says so instead of guessing. That is the behaviour that makes the rest of it usable at work.

Surfaces

Where your people already work.

On every plan including Free. API and SDK from Standard.

Native Surfaces

The AI tools your teams already run keep working, and they get better. Connect the Company Brain over MCP and they answer from your company's knowledge, scoped to each person. Route their model traffic through OrgLogic as well and it inherits your controls. Two separate things, and nothing gets ripped out.

Governance

Secure AI chat, on every plan including Free.

Not a tier you upgrade to. On for every organization from the first message.

Nothing trained on your data

Contractual. Data goes to model providers by API only, is not retained beyond the time needed to answer, and every provider is under a DPA prohibiting training.

PII redacted before the model

Detected and masked before any prompt reaches a model, with the rules under your control.

Every action on the record

Logged with organization, Space, thread, actor, agent, its manager, model, sources and cost. Searchable and exportable.

Which models, for which teams

Model availability per organization and per team. Guardrails organization-wide.

Budgets and cost analytics

Limits with hard caps. Spend by team, user, model and agent. End users see the percentage of their allocation used, never dollar amounts.

Deploys where you need it

SSO and SCIM, VPC and on-premise on Enterprise. TLS 1.3, AES-256, complete isolation between organizations.

In practice

Twelve tools into one, in two weeks

A publicly traded autonomous vehicle technology company with roughly 1,500 employees consolidated 12 AI tools into OrgLogic, cut AI spend 70%, and reduced shadow AI by 91%. Engineers adopted within 2 weeks.

Their engineering teams had been running AI on personal accounts, with proprietary algorithms and sensor data going into tools nobody was tracking. Smart routing let engineers pick the right model per task, and Slack and Chrome drove the adoption.

FAQ

AI chat FAQ

What is enterprise AI chat?

AI chat a company can run safely at scale: access to more than one model, answers grounded in the company's own systems, shared team surfaces rather than individual chat histories, and administrative control over data, access and spend. The consumer version of the same interface has none of the last three.

Which models can we use?

Every frontier model, switchable mid-thread, with smart routing picking per task. Bring your own keys for anything else, including pre-purchased Azure or Anthropic capacity.

Is our AI chat private?

Nothing is used to train any model, contractually. PII is redacted before any prompt reaches a model. Your Private Space holds your own threads, connections, knowledge and memory, and none of it enters shared work unless you put it there.

Can several people be in the same AI conversation?

Yes. A thread inside a Space is shared. People and agents post in the same conversation, agents answer when mentioned, and scheduled agent runs post into the thread where the team is already reading.

Do we have to manage API keys?

No. Use our keys and usage is billed at cost plus 6% on prepaid credits. If you would rather bring your own, an administrator configures them once at zero surcharge, and end users are never prompted for keys either way.

Do we have to replace ChatGPT or Copilot?

No. Connect the Company Brain to them over MCP and they answer from your own knowledge instead of guessing, scoped to each person. Route their model traffic through OrgLogic and it inherits your governance. Grounding and governing are separate, and you can take either.

Can we see what people are asking?

Every thread message and agent action is logged with the Space, thread, actor, agent, its manager, model, sources and cost, searchable and exportable. Organization admins see every shared Space, restricted ones included.

What does it cost?

$0 up to 25 users, $8 per seat per month annually or $10 monthly on Standard, custom on Enterprise. Model usage separately: our keys at cost plus 6%, or your own at zero surcharge.

WHAT IT IS
One chat surface. Every model. Grounded in your organization.

Most AI chat answers from the public internet. It has never seen your accounts, your projects, or the decision your team made last quarter, so people paste context into personal tools just to get a useful reply.

OrgLogic gives every employee one place to work with every major model, and connects it to what your organization already knows. Ask a question and the answer comes back grounded in your own systems, with the sources to prove it.

Every model your team needs, in one workspace, that finally knows your business.

Every model, one workspace

Switch models mid-conversation

Start in one model, change to another in the same thread without losing context. Pick the model that fits the work in front of you.

Smart routing picks the right one

Let OrgLogic route each request to the model best suited to it, so your team gets the right answer without having to know which model to choose.

One workspace, not a dozen tabs

Every model lives in one governed place. No more $25 to $60 single-model subscriptions, one per team, each with its own bill.

Enterprise AI Models
Grounded in your organization
Answers from your business, with the sources to prove it.
OrgLogic Chat draws on the Company Brain: one grounded source of what your organization knows, assembled from the systems your work already lives in. Every answer cites the document it came from and how fresh it is, so your team can trust it and verify it.

And when the answer isn't there, Chat says so instead of guessing. No confident fiction your team has to catch later.
