The AI workspace for teams
People and AI agents in the same threads, working on what the team already knows, across every frontier model. Governed from the first message, on every plan including Free.

The problem
Somebody in your company has worked out how to do in two minutes what used to take an hour. Nobody else can see it. Two desks over, a colleague with the same job tried once and went back to the old way. Down the hall, company documents are going into a personal account. Everyone is using a tool built for an individual to do work that has always belonged to a team.
A handful of people get real value and the rest of the company never sees their work. What you get depends on how well you prompt.
Every team buys its own AI at $25 to $60 a seat. Overlapping tools, no standard, no oversight.
Company data flows into personal accounts your security team cannot see or control.

Spaces
A Space holds the team's threads, the team's knowledge and the agents that work for the team. People and agents post in the same threads, so the work is out in the open instead of sitting in somebody's private chat history.

Pin an output, add an agent, post a thread, and it is there for everyone in the Space. A new hire reads a month of the team's real reasoning on day one instead of a wiki somebody wrote in a hurry.
Open Spaces let anyone in the company find and join, which is how good work spreads past the team that started it. One click makes a Space restricted, and an admin can set the default organization-wide.
Files dropped in a thread and outputs the team pins become part of the Space's knowledge automatically. Connect a Drive folder, a Confluence space or a Notion workspace and the Space knows it in minutes. No ticket to IT for the first answer.
Everyone also has a Private Space where their own connections and knowledge live. Nothing appears in a shared Space unless the Space was granted it or a member deliberately put it there.
Link a Space to a Slack channel and the conversation happens in either place. Also on Microsoft Teams, Chrome and the API.
Explore Spaces →AI Agents
An agent has a name, a job and a permission set. It works in the Spaces it belongs to, draws on what those Spaces know, and acts in the systems where the work already happens.
Deal prep, ticket triage, PR review, contract review, onboarding questions, policy lookup. Add one from the catalogue, or describe the job in one field and confirm what gets assembled.
A deal prep agent knows your accounts. A support agent knows your past resolutions. No re-explaining what the team's knowledge already holds.
Scheduled runs post into the team's threads, so the update lands where the team already reads rather than in a dashboard nobody opens. Workflows chain several steps together on a node canvas.
Read or write per agent per connector, revocable in seconds. Every agent has a named manager who is its only editor, accountable for re-auth and spend, and recorded on every audit line the agent produces.
Company Brain
Most AI answers from the public internet. OrgLogic answers from what your company actually knows, with the source and the freshness attached to every answer.

Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, SharePoint, ServiceNow, GitHub and more. Your knowledge stays where it lives. OrgLogic reads across it.
Every answer cites the doc, the ticket or the thread it came from, and when it was last synced. When the answer is not there, OrgLogic says so instead of guessing.
Yours in your Private Space, the team's in each Space, the company's across the organization. OrgLogic controls access at each level, so nothing leaks sideways.
Works with the AI you already run
Company Brain speaks MCP. A person connects it to their own AI client in a minute, and that tool stops guessing about your business. They get back only what they were already entitled to, every retrieval lands in your audit trail, and admins can restrict or switch it off organization-wide.
Route those same tools through OrgLogic as well and their model traffic inherits your controls too. Grounding them and governing them are separate, and you can take either.
Governance
Every model, every agent, every retrieval: logged, attributable and exportable. On every plan, including Free.
Contractual. Data goes to model providers by API only, is not retained beyond the time needed to answer, and every provider is under a DPA prohibiting training.
Auto-detected and masked before any prompt reaches a model. Every call, every Space, every agent.
Thread messages, agent runs and Brain retrievals, including retrievals made from outside OrgLogic. Searchable and exportable.
Read or write per agent per connector, revocable in seconds, with a named manager accountable for every agent.
Per-team limits with hard caps. Spend visible by team, user, model and agent, in real time.
SSO and SCIM, single-tenant VPC and on-premise on Enterprise. TLS 1.3, AES-256, complete isolation between organizations.
Results
Unsanctioned AI tool usage dropped 91% after organization-wide deployment.
From roughly $40K a month to roughly $12K, through consolidation and smart model routing.
Twelve fragmented AI tools replaced with one governed workspace across every department.
Engineers adopted within two weeks via Slack and Chrome. No training required.
A pre-opening cognitive city development in Florida, fourteen districts, built by a confidential enterprise, put its master plans, designs and investor records in front of frontier models with zero confidential leaks, redacting 1.8M PII items in flight, with CISO sign-off in month one. It now runs 14 agents in production across finance, legal, procurement, investor relations and program management.
Models and cost
Engineers, lawyers and marketers do not want the same model. Switch mid-thread from a dropdown, or let smart routing pick per task. Against the $25 to $60 a seat single-model tools it replaces.
Model usage is separate and we say so: use our keys at cost plus 6%, or bring your own at zero surcharge. Bundled tools hide that layer inside the seat price, which is why they cannot tell you what your model spend actually is.
